It's very refreshing to work with an insurance agent who knows how to coordinate in a single transaction with four Realtors (One 1031 exchange agent, Two listing agents, One buyer's agent, for a total of FOUR in the same transaction), a Loan Officer, a Processor, and an Escrow officer. As experienced Real Estate agents know, there are many ways an Insurance Agent can mess things up. Shane measured twice, and cut once. That's all we can ever ask for in the industry.
Shane works harder. She tries to understand your business, which is essential for proper insurance placement.
I also don't mind saying that Shane got me a better car insurance policy, at a lower rate, with more coverage than State Farm. This is for a luxury vehicle.
Since she works at a brokerage, she's able to get most of the insurance carriers, which is why she crushed the State Farm rate.
